Bad service, worst one I've been to. Dirty floors and plenty of excuses for horrible service. Wow free lettuce and bread sticks doesn't justify high prices for chain food littered with Parmesan cheese

For a place that's "so awful," I can rarely find an empty parking spot. Sure, it may be a little outdated, but I've never had crumby service. Everyone is smiley, pleasant, polite, and attentive.
Here's a tip... TAKE MY FRIGGING ORDER!
Well, 3 orders of chicken scampi with absolutely not flavor. And over a 1:45 minute wait for everything. Kinda a dumpy place.
