I'm writing this review being afraid of not been accepted in the publicly founded IVF program. But my concern goes to the diagnosis that I had in November 2024, when the doctors had my Hycosy results and my uterus had and still have polyps (I need a hysteroscopy with polyp removal) They did the Insemination knowing that was not going to work, by that time I had no knowledge and access to the results, but now that we decided to try again, I was diagnosed by other doctor that I need I surgery before and in order to try to do a... read more

Summary: This clinic violated my confidentiality and accessed my medical records without my knowledge or consent. On top of that they took six months to get back to me and try to book an initial appointment. In that six months I was fully treated by Grace Fertility and got a second opinion from PCRM. If you want prompt and professional treatment, go elsewhere. Edit: A bad review gets even worse. I am very appreciative of Dr. Shaun Tregoning, Dr. Jason Hitkari, and the staff at Olive. My husband and I decided to opt for IVF after our consult with Dr. Tregoning.
