I wanted to provide this clinic the opportunity with my care but their close-ended approach, inability to hear and recognize client-specific concerns, administrative delays, relaying of inaccurate medical information from non-clinical staff members disrupted my initial impression of the clinic. It has felt nothing short of punitive. Words cannot describe my gratitude to Olive Fertility Clinic, especially Dr. Tregoning, Dr. Huyser, and the amazing Surrey nursing team(especially Shar). This was the toughest journey of my life, and this amazing team made it so much easier to navigate. If I could give no stars, I would. I am sharing this review so others can make informed decisions before starting care here. I recently terminated my care with Olive Fertility Clinic after repeated breakdowns in communication, continuity, and patient guidance during an already vulnerable fertility journey. I received my referral in June 2025 and completed all the setup and paperwork right away. I received an email saying I would be contacted to schedule my consultation and was told the wait would be about 8–10 weeks, not 8–10 months...I was really looking forward to this experience and felt hopeful, and I tried to be understanding, but by September I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called and was told to leave a voicemail for a callback.
