Summary: This clinic violated my confidentiality and accessed my medical records without my knowledge or consent. On top of that they took six months to get back to me and try to book an initial appointment. In that six months I was fully treated by Grace Fertility and got a second opinion from PCRM. If you want prompt and professional treatment, go elsewhere. Edit: A bad review gets even worse. I am very appreciative of Dr. Shaun Tregoning, Dr. Jason Hitkari, and the staff at Olive. My husband and I decided to opt for IVF after our consult with Dr. Tregoning. Dr. Tregoning was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional while guiding me through my entire IVF journey. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly kind. I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Dr. Tregoning, at the Surrey Clinic as well as the doctors at the Vancouver location who were responsible for the egg retrievals and transfers.
