What can I say. I’m laying here thinking about my baby sleeping in the room next to me. My husband and I tried for 3 years before moving to IVF at Olive Fertility in Surrey. We did two egg retrievals and 1 transfer and were blessed with our baby boy born in Feb 2026! We still cant believe that our first transfer worked and we have our miracle baby boy with us. So far my experience with Olive is not present and their nurses shows zero empathy towards their patients and Dr.Tregoning doesn’t care about his patients at all. I do not recommend this place if you have a choice!

This clinic really makes you feel like you're just a number. As a first time patient you're not informed or educated with any information. I found that I had to do a lot of my own research to find some answers. Dr. T gives you no time of his day and I found the nurses to be more informative than him. He does not care even if you try to advocate for yourself. He needs to work on his delivery when giving bad news. We were first time IVF patients, did a physical exam and discovered my wife had polyps. The clinic insisted we do IVF anyways and after one cycle they told my wife she is not responding to the medication, there was nothing they could do and to seek donor eggs. Basically crushing our hopes forever. 6 months later my wife had the polyps removed (long waiting list) and we conceived a child naturally.
