Best Vet in Town Dr.Jenson is the best! i would never take my animals anywhere else. I have been to other vets in town and they do not compare to ODAH! Dr. Jenson is very personal and will take all of the time he needs to explain whats going on with your animal. He has very reasonable prices and will not try to rip you off. The staff there is friendly. I hate it when people gripe and moan about paying for vet care! My husband owns his own plumbing business people try to rip him off all of the time. Won't go anywhere else!! Ive taken both guinea pigs and cats to ODAH and could not be more pleased with our experiences. Compassion, kindness and a willingness to educate owners is why I will continue to bring our animals here. Even with bad news, the Doc was very straightforward while also sympathetic. He takes as much time as is needed and we've never felt that we were being rushed along to get the next paying customer in the door. Horrible Dirty Place!!! Horrible place! Never take your pet here for severe injuries or sicknesses, or for any reason. They do not give their full attention to our pets. Our pets go hours without anyone being in the facility. Our pets become an inconvenience to them especially around the holidays because they do not want to have to go in. Also, the Vet and his staff never tell the same story because they're trying to cover up for each other. Bad Vet Day When Sherry Hughes retired her Veterinary Practice, Dr. Jensen aquired it. Sherry had been my cats lifetime Vet. But, when I took my cat in for one last visit, I was told Sherry wasn't in but, the new Dr. Jensen would see my cat. I remember hesitating, thinking I shouldn't have my cat be seen by someone I'd not yet checked out. But, I turned to my mother and said, I guess we could meet the new vet. Great Service and a Reasonable Price We recently had an emergency situation with one of our cats. He got mixed up in a plastic bag, panicked and ended up tearing off one of his front claws with plenty of blood spread around. We called ODAH, got an immediate, clear response from Dr. Jenson and quickly got a remedy for our problem. The service was professional, the time required was minimal and the cost was completely reasonable. This is a quality operation!! Thanks for your concern and help!! They saved our cats LIFE!! All I have to say is that we went to another Vet and they wanted more than $1100 to fix our cats urinating problem ... so we were going to put him down because we just couldnt do it. But our friend sent us here and he helped save our cat by offering to do the surgery for $500. We are so thankful for that and cant say enough good things about Olive Dr Animal Hospital. Too Expensive The only thing I have to say is it was overly expensive! I think $45 for an office call is a little excessive, an emergency vet isnt much more. Due to this I will not be returning.
Excellent care and friendly staff I took Silver my Miniature Dachshund for a Visit to Olive Drive Animal Hospital along with her puppies In fear she had an early case of mastitis, In which she recovered quickly from.I had other concerns that I presented to the Doc He listened and took it all Into consideration while examining her Thanks Doc ! Not helpful/kind to me or my dog When I went in there the doctor didn't look me in the eyes once or try to make any kind of small talk.. I tried asking him questions but he said "The nurse will answer that" and walked off! What he didn't know is that I already asked the nurse.. she said "Ask the doctor when he gets in." I just felt like crying right at the spot because I didn't know what was going on with my dog!
