I’ve lived here for a while now and it has the worst Managment ever she never answers her phone if you have concerns, she has the worst communication skills ever, so if you need a cheap place that to live but don’t mind rude inconsiderate and unprofessional management and when you try to go above her the barker management company are even worse this is the place I can’t wait to save up and move out if I could give zero stars I would
I’ve lived here for close to 10 years. The manager is strict but she does more than what she is expected to as a manager. I moved here when I was 11 with my mom and I moved out at 21. The apartments are clean, court yards well kept, the space is small so young children really shouldn’t be playing in the court yard. There is how ever a pool in the back of both complexes, a basketball court, and a small field that is large enough for a game of soccer. The manager Karmen is rude yesterday me and my friend were playing with a flat Ball and Karmen said oh stop playing with the ball your gonna hit a window and also me and my friend were barely hitting it also if your looking for a place to move to do not and I'm telling this clearly do not move in to these apartments DO NOT!!!!
