The poor staff here. Around 4p on a Wednesday they were slammed. I ordered a caramel mocha frap and a grilled ham & cheese for $18. After 20min my work called and I had to leave without anything, I asked for a refund and the staff didnt know how. They asked what I ordered and found my drink sitting on a table for who knows how long. They gave me my drink and offered to make my sandwich in a rush but I had to leave so I told them to give it away. The drink was not very cold and had a weird thickener kind of texture to it. Hayden fixed my group up. Very good coffee and friendly folks.
I had a breakfast burrito and fried ice cream late and oh my goodness, both were amazing! Great environment, good service, price is about on par with any other coffee shop. Everything was clean and looked nice too! Will be visiting again soon for sure!
