My excitement after receiving my bouquet quickly turned to disappointment as some of the glue had leaked to the front of the frame and was visible. I reached out to them regarding the situation and they were super helpful in fixing the issue. They sent me a new shipping label to send it back and fixed it free of charge. Olive Branch Studios did an incredible job preserving my bouquet. Hope was so kind and communicative throughout the entire process. My bouquet was being delivered to the US from Italy, which made the idea of having it preserved a bit more stressful. Hope gave me simple instructions and kept me in the loop throughout the entire design. My piece came out BEAUTIFUL. I can't thank her enough!!
