Truly beautiful work! We are so satisfied with the finished product and our bride was so excited to have her bouquet forever. Olive Branch was able to save a lot more of the flowers than we initially thought, and we appreciated how they were able to incorporate some personal touches we requested. So sad to have had the experience that I’ve had with Olive Branch Studios. I got married on 04/27/2024 and just received my order this week, the second week of May 2025. I ordered a letter frame and an ornament, so it was not the most extensive option on their website. Other than the extremely long wait for my order, I had to be the one to follow up and ask what was going on, multiple times throughout the year+ wait. I am so glad I chose Olive Branch studios for my wedding bouquet preservation. They were professional & informative. I have a very colorful bouquet and their color correction process was key to capturing the flowers’ beauty. I love my keepsake.
My excitement after receiving my bouquet quickly turned to disappointment as some of the glue had leaked to the front of the frame and was visible. I reached out to them regarding the situation and they were super helpful in fixing the issue. They sent me a new shipping label to send it back and fixed it free of charge.
