After going to this clinic for a year, I have genuinely had the worst experience of any mental health clinic I've been too. Ive been billed improperly, treated like a drug addict, and had psychiatrists just straight up not have notes from previous sessions available. I have had multiple friends and family cease service with them, and I will do the same. With the help of Dr. Olivia and Lisa, I am finally starting to see the light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel. They have both worked with me and figured out a true diagnosis and treatment for something I have dealt with more of my life than not. They both actively listen and hear my feedback both on medications and therapies. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs support finding their way in a system people often get lost in.
