Well, what was once is no more. The cute Olive Street RV Resort depicted in the video on the website is no more. I would highly recommend that Olive Street RV update their drone video to show the current status of the park. The beautiful looking resort-style is now occupied by permanent and long-term seasonal residents. The back in spot I reserved in February for 2 weeks at the price of $1350 is no longer available. Stood here for a weekend soccer tournament nearby and this place was great! Has all the amenities, full hookups, heated pool for kids, spa, hot showers in the restroom for the wife (since she likes to waist all the trailer hot water on one shower) clean bathrooms and showers, property is clean and well maintained and all the neighbors are super friendly. As others have written, negative reviews are reflected from individuals that were probably booted from here. Olive Avenue is a well run, convenient location and super quiet. Mix of long and short term guests. We stayed for two months while we improving our home. Highly recommend!
The location is good, the families around that are long term are all amazing. Amenities ok, pool was freezing and jacuzzi has been closed for weeks. The management is terrible. It is almost as if he is bipolar or a complete alcoholic. Days he can been approachable. But almost every evening he’s been a mean drunk. Witnessed him yelling at another guest telling them to go inside and stick to your rented spot.
