I had a custom engagement ring made and the ring itself is absolutely stunning, I love the final product and cant wait to propose with it. Overall, the experience was great with the designer I worked with adapting over 15 times to tweaks and design changes. I would give 5 stars if it was not for how slow the communication was, we averaged 1 message back and forth a day over the course of about 3 months which really drew out the process and made the 1 month stone return window redundant. Super friendly and professional to work with. I highly recommend. They communicated with me every step of the way with designing the ring and sent me design photos and other updates. I was even able to use diamonds from my partner's mother's ring in the creation of her ring. UPDATE: My fiance loves her ring! Olive Ave has been amazing and even sent us an anniversary gift since we got engaged on our anniversary. Again, I cannot recommend Olive Ave more.

Rebecca was amazing to work with. We went to other places and no one really understood the assignment like she did. I wanted someone to lead us through the process and she did exactly that. The prices are also extremely fair. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for jewelry!
