This was my first time here. Just came in to see what it was about...ended up spending a few hours in here and walked out with an AMAZING chocolate balsamic vinegar and a Persian lime olive oil, (which I think will go nicely in some homemade mayo). Will definitely be back here for more inspiration for my cooking classes! Amazing flavors and selection! I didn't have time to try them all! Oh, and the people were super nice to me, as well!
This place is incredible--If you get a chance to go through or visit Palm Springs--it's a must stop!

Selection is not as big as the olive mix in Sacramento. Still a great place and its a lot closer. Customer service A+
Tom gives you great ideas on which flavors to put together. Their gift sets are perfect for holiday hostesses. My favorite balsamic flavors are espresso, black mission fig, and cinnamon pear. Lemon olive oil is wonderful too.
