I brought my car to Roger's Service Station today to have it inspected. They got me right in (Even though they had several customers there) and did a thorough inspection and discovered I needed a new wheel barren. They fixed my car the same day for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic. Very honest, knowledgeable and they do not charge you an arm and a leg.
I drive through Globe frequently, but am unfamiliar with mechanic shops locally. I experienced mechanical issues that prevented me from continuing with my trip. I called some local companies and was referred to C & M by the locals. The engine code was reading an error that would have cost me hundreds of dollars. Where to begin - My family of four was stranded on the Kansas turnpike. I called my brother for help and we thank God he found Mike's! Mike let my brother put our tow charge on his credit card by phone and was there in a matter of minutes. He let my whole family cram into his cab and for the distance he had to travel, the tow charge was extremely reasonable! I had to get a vehicle out of impound with this man, and prices are ridiculous, also i was told there wasnt a key for the car (when upon getting to the car days later the key was right there in the consol) I went on a saturday and he wasnt there, and even on days where the place is closed they still charge the fee which i find to be ridiculous. Mission Valley Power SUCKS!!! DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM!!! You cannot trust them to hold up to their end of a payment arrangement, and when you call to pay your agreed upon amount on the date you scheduled to pay it, they will act like you never set up a payment arrangement, charge you well over what you agreed to pay, and if you complain they threaten you with 500-600 dollars in extra charges. Local guy that actually puts care and effort into whatever he's servicing for your car. Replenishes washer fluids, etc at no cost.
In August 2015 we were traveling through Globe and stopped to eat lunch when the passenger door latch stuck open. We thought we were in for a long delay and a repair bill. We pulled into C& M Service center where a friendly employee took only a minute to pop the latch back in place with a smile and no charge!
This location is horrible and needs to be closed, shut down, and or receive new management immediately. The customer service here is a beyond terrible. The employees here are so rude, they play around when taking your order as if everyone has been here before and should know the menu and get mad when you ask a question. The managers are just as horrible and as rude as the workers, they have NO knowledge or skills of the food service industry.
