My dad is missing and this is his last known location after testing positive for covid. The hospital has refused to work with me on finding out his location or even if he's died. its to the point where the police have become involved and the hospital still refuses to give me answers.
My Dad was admitted to Seasons geriatric care. I would give them the worst possible rating. Communication was beyond terrible. Our social worker, shaina didn’t communicate and was mind boggling frustrating to deal with although `I’m sure this more a management issue than her fault. He has dementia and They kept him two weeks, we tried and tried to get him discharged but they always had some excuse/reason he misbehaved and needed to be drugged, tied down to his bed and kept longer....must be some kind of Medicare scam going o... read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had a nightmare experience with Community Hospital network. If you are pregnant PLEASE look elsewhere. They will NOT help you if you have any issues. I was incorrectly stitched after the birth of my daughter. I told my nurses and doctors while still in the hospital that I was in pain and that I felt like my stitches were wrong. No one looked or helped. They also insisted I "retake" my postpartum depression screening or else I couldn't leave and insinuated that I was being dramatic whe... read more
