I was a first time patient with serious tooth pain. Yet, I had to wait a week to see the Dr. I took 1/2 day without pay from work (and drove an hour to his office) to be at my apt only to be told the Dr (who was smiling and walking around WHISTLING) has an "emergency" and is rescheduling my appt. I asked for just a script for antibiotics and a quick x-ray at least while I was there. I was told NO! Complete lack of consideration, compassion and, PROFESSIONALISM! It was a bright, sunny day....I wonder if he golfs?!?!?!
