Good company
Built my moms house back in 1996. And it’s been good since. Quality home.
The worst quality you can imagine! I can not even begin the list of poor quality as it is EVERYTHING!! No paint on walls, cracked banister, missing window screens, misaligned door knobs so doors will not latch, chipped outdoor paint, warped siding, uneven driveway sealant, illegal gutters routed to a wetland....I can go on and on and on. I have brought these to Olins's attention more times then i can count and crickets.
