I don't know about any other vet clinics other than the Dallas, Bryan, and Temple. Olin Teague Vet Center in Temple is the worst service I have experienced so far. They dont communicate well with service providers leaving the vet having to find answers to why. I have to call the VA at the national level to get some answers. Even when the national level representative trues to call Olin Teague to get answers, they are even put on hold for at least 30 minutes in counting. Employees have bumper stickers calling for the death of the President. It's the VA. Veterans don't need to know your politics at a medical facility.
This location actually has an employee part in the VA parking lot with a 8647 sticker on their car. This is horribly inappropriate. Anybody that stands against the commander-in-chief and would put such a blatantly violent anti-American symbol on their vehicle have no place inside of our VA system
Podiatry line has hung up on me multiple times. They send multiple faulty links for video calls and then cancel your appt claiming you don’t show. No call, didn’t even respond to my secure message. Waiting for an appt with them takes months. This is the 3rd reschedule and they won’t let me go to community care. Unacceptable care for vets. Oh and when you have an operator call and once she finally goes through they lie and say they waited the 15 minutes. I joined all 3 links sent out waiting.
