People working at the front desk in the E.R Dept are rude and arrogant. Go somewhere else for care if you can.

Having to wait 6 month for an appointments then having those appointments canceled and or rescheduled. To then drive all the way from Waco only to have them tell me I supposedly canceled the appointment in January (3 months ago)
It would serve more veterans if when there was an appointment to building 163, that there be the automatic question- Is this your first visit? If the answer is yes, there should be an automatic question- Would you like a map of the campus leading to building 163?
As a veteran who is managing multiple medical, family, and personal responsibilities, it is extremely important for me to see the reason for each appointment clearly listed in the VA system. Currently, my upcoming appointments show "Reason: Not available," which makes it very difficult to prepare and manage my schedule effectively.
