Central Texas VA spends a lot of money to present an attractive facility to the outside, facility has active exam rooms with torqued-framed doors that do not fully open and need to be ground into the floor with force to open at all, medical waste shoved into holes in the wall where it meets the floor, frp not attached and not sealed. This level of complacency is concerning.
I would like to give a shout out to the patient Va shuttle service team. Gonzalez, Mr. Z and Mr. Roy are amazing at what they do. They're always kind to me and very respectful. Thanks to them I don't have to walk in the heat or rain. Keep up the good works guys if nobody told you thank you for your hard work!
People working at the front desk in the E.R Dept are rude and arrogant. Go somewhere else for care if you can.
