Love living here, been here for about three-fourths years. It's a great area except it's still Minneapolis so there's theft, vandalism and hooliganism. I'd recommend downloading the app "Next Door" to communicate with neighbors and stay up to date on the goings-ons around this part of town. Being so close to light rail and airport is super convenient and surprisingly not very noisey at all.
