A good job was done on my home, but the customer service was awful. The booking process with them, no problems. I was moving to Charlotte on a Friday and came back Saturday to have them clean the SC home. The young lady calls me Friday while im moving to ask if her team can come out Friday afternoon at 3pm. I told her no. The team came by as part of the process of moving. While the house may have sparkled, particularly the kitchen, I had to clean up marks left on white walls, replace knickknacks to upright/normal positions, and fix a hole pushed into one of my doors. Their manager had to be called to observe and redo certain aspects of the house. Absolutely would not recommend—I do not feel they entered my house and showed me and it any respect.

Lizbeth, words cannot express how thankful my daughter and I are for your honest and hardworking staff. We would give Olga’s 10 stars, if we could! Your ladies arrived on time and they began cleaning my daughter’s house immediately non-stop . All of the ladies were very friendly, professional, and thorough. Not only does the house look nice and clean on the inside it smells really good. Thank You! Thank You!

The ladies who cleaned my home were prompt to arrive and paid attention to every detail. They were so thorough and cleaned windowsills, base boards, and even organized the closets. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely be using this service on a regular basis.
