I was hesitant at first, but the thorough deep cleaning of every bathroom and my closets exceeded my expectations; the fast, meticulous attention to detail and the care shown in cleaning even the cute way they made flowers with the paper towels made the whole space feel truly refreshed and inviting, which genuinely impressed me.

Olga's Magic Cleaners came thru!!!!! My mother was sent to the ER and I took that opportunity to have her room deep cleaned. I called at least 7-10 different companies no one had anything last minute, until I called OMC. The closest team was called to meet me. I raced home to let them in, the ladies were sweet. I left to run errands and when I returned, let's just I was flabbergasted in the best way. The room and bathroom was spotless. Definitely will use again! Thank you Olga's Magic Cleaners!! -Kash B.

We needed a deep clean for a move-in/move-out situation, and we were absolutely not disappointed. The team was incredibly responsive from the first message and very professional throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to every detail — the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and even the inside windows were thoroughly cleaned. A good job was done on my home, but the customer service was awful. The booking process with them, no problems. I was moving to Charlotte on a Friday and came back Saturday to have them clean the SC home. The young lady calls me Friday while I'm moving to ask if her team can come out Friday afternoon at 3pm. I told her no. I have had this service a couple of times. I will say I was initially VERY impressed with the deep clean so much so that I started monthly services. They send emails and dont respond, communication is horrible and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, no, it should be sorry for the poor communication. They emailed me on a Saturday, I asked if they could reschedule due to my work schedule and if not, I would work with the schedules date.
