First off the food was amazing and the hostess was on epic, but our waitress "Alekzandra" was just not on her game today. Never offered a refill. Totally forgot that we ordered snackers. Got the snackers at the same time as our meal. Half way thru eating she gives us the bill and literally five minutes later is asking us if we are ready to pay. Not worth going too in my opinion.
they never get my order right.they are using lunch meat instead of Dearborn ham like they always do ,,,I wonder if the owner knows that ...I've been coming here for 35yrs
Waited 15 minutes and after no service left. Our waitress talked to the table next to us the entire time. We asked her if she was our waitress she said no. So we waited a few more minutes and left. Nobody even noticed we were leaving. No wonder there were only 4 other cars in the parking lot.
There is something completely wrong w the people working at this location and the management. Having gone to this location several times each time I have gotten either on phone or in person the worst service ever. The food was okay however the help has separate issues. This place was horrible. The menu has changed and is limiting. The service was horrible. When the waitress gave us our food we asked for extra sauce for the gyo since it looked very light on the sauce. She never came back until she brought us our bill. Completely forgot about it and never came back to refill drinks. When we told her to take the gyro off the bill since it wasnt eaten and no extra sauce have been given to us , she snatched the bill and ran off. No appologies. No manager was in site. The worst place ever~! There were 4 adults two small children four tables in the restaurant and the worst service and food that I have ever experienced. We waited over an hour for our food, three of the orders were wrong. Extremely over priced for the food that you get. We were going to complain, but the people behind us did that and the manager walked away from them and mumbled something under his breath, and continued to yell at them at the cash register when they refused to pay because they had not received their food in ... read more
I really like Olga's. I don't live in the area any more but love stopping by when I'm in town. The salads are great and the pita so sweet and wonderful.
Great customer service. Great use of internet to place orders, especially at lunch...eliminates the wait time & it's always ready when promised! Great sandwiches & smoothies! Love the bread & special Olga sauce.
I love eating at this restaurant and never had bad food or service there!
