Great urology group..I have been going to this office for a while. They always return calls.. Book you immediately and do an procedures if needed on a timely basis. I can't believe this Dr. Olga got anything but grade A reviews. I sent a friend over with a problem and she was thrilled by her surgery and care. I think the office is great. Sometimes they take a while to return a can but that's only if they are super busy....
If I'd had an experience, I would post about it, but I've now been cancelled at short notice twice (the day before my appointment both times), so I can only say that despite the fact that her web page says she is accepting new patients, this does not seem to be true. I've now made an appointment with another provider. Since I have not had the opportunity to see her, I would provide a "no star" review if possible.
