The doctor is kind but completely unprofessional. They did a sonogram on me and didn’t explain anything at all—she just kept asking if I had any questions and that was it (the entire appointment, including the exam, lasted 10 minutes). In addition, they charged me $200 for the consultation and the exam (I should mention I have health insurance and she was listed as in-network), but since it was my first time with this OB and I was naive, I paid it. This is a fraud. I had an annual check up and was prescribed with some unnecessary random medication with no explanation from the doctor. Called the office about the prescription and was billed $150 for "telehealth visit". Avoid them.
I saw Dr.Canger in K and K OBGYN and Cosmetics center in their Midtown location. Let me start off by saying that the clinic and staff itself was a dream. Incredibly attentive and kind. My issue was with Dr.Canger. Not only was my appointment short but all of my concerns were brushed off. I first scheduled a virtual follow up but the Dr NEVER called me, yet in my portal it states that I “didn’t pick up.” I made the decision to come into the office in person and see the doctor.
