Dr. Hardy is very patient and knowledgeable. She is interested in her patients and helping them find treatment, but she is not pushy or overbearing. She has a quiet manner, and is very thoughtful.
My experience with Dr. Olga Hardy was deeply disappointing and regrettable. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an annual checkup, but upon arrival, she attempted to reclassify it as a general visit without explanation. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY DISABLED! She does not know how to write a yearly letter of medical necessity and will botch your process for procuring items you need that SHE is supposed to sign off on. She has really made our lives difficult with her ineptness in this area. We are seeking another doctor and really miss the doctor we had who was so wonderful, but retired.
