My experience with Dr. Olga Hardy was deeply disappointing and regrettable. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an annual checkup, but upon arrival, she attempted to reclassify it as a general visit without explanation. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY DISABLED! She does not know how to write a yearly letter of medical necessity and will botch your process for procuring items you need that SHE is supposed to sign off on. She has really made our lives difficult with her ineptness in this area. We are seeking another doctor and really miss the doctor we had who was so wonderful, but retired.

I was a patient of hers for a few years and she is nice but definitely not thorough, the lack of communication is unacceptable. There is a language barrier which makes it harder to get my needs met. I ended up switching doctors. My mom now sees Olga and its the same thing. She is quick to refer you to another department and makes it seem like everything is okay.
