Very unprofessional and rude. As Olga was braiding my hair she kept saying my hair is "stubborn." Referring to the texture of my hair. She also made a comment about if she had my hair type she would cut it bald. She made me feel very uncomfortable. My hair was clean, washed and blow dried before I arrived. Most African braiding shops deal with kinky or course hair all the time so I'm not sure why it was an issue for her.

I always love getting my hair done here! Friendly, professional service and pristine braiding. My go-to spot for any kind of braiding style!
