On 07/01/2026 went to see the gastroenterologist, Olga Fedyuk. I was scheduled to see her at 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:15 pm, completed paperwork for a few minutes, was seen by the medical assistant, and waited until 4:20 pm in the exam room. No one showed up, and I had to leave due to increased anxiety and stomach pain. I was asked by the front desk to pay $40.00 for the copay, and I did; despite telling them I was not seen by the NP. I am not sure if I would recommend her for any patient!
I met her some years ago horrible bedside manner treated me horribly laughed at me about my alcoholism problem Told me to just stop drinking did the same thing the next time I saw her... I don't know who the man was in there with her or if they were a married couple but he did the same exact thing to me Hopefully they've received some sensitivity training by now
