She is creative in helping you establish a nutritional food plan that helps support you reach your health and nutritional goals. I recommend her highly.
Ms. Afonsky was the absolute best person to chat with about my sugar/weight gain issues. She listens like a friend and gives adivce like the wise nutritionist that she is.
