Very pleased with the pizza itself, but sadly we were dissatisfied with the customer service we were provided at our wedding. It seemed to be as if we were an inconvenience to them and were questioned/challenged on what we wanted to order for our guests. But overall the pizza was great!
Had some pizza caterd to a wedding this past weekend was scheduled for 5pm and they told us they had a 10min window before and after (4:50-5:10) all good no worries. Until it turned 5:30 still no food for a wedding that was suppose to be eating by that point. Wouldnt really care if there was some sort of communication but there was none until we called them. My experience with Oley's started when I began planning my wedding. We had always dreamed of having a pizza truck on our day and this was the first place that came up when we did a quick search. I emailed with the owner a few times talking about specifics (very quick to respond and very helpful)!
