Great Customer Service I felt compelled to write this review after reading several others and speaking with someone else who had read them. I stopped in to Oletown last night to get my brand new engagement ring sized and was met at the door with a smile and a hello (even though I was in sweats...lol). They took great care of me and my prized ring and had it sized and back on my hand the same evening!! unhappy shopper I purchased a diamond braclet for my wife and had problems with it, when I returned to Oletowne I was told no one else had problems with the same braclet they had purchased. I was treated very badly and finely traded the braclet elsewhere. Will not shop here or recommend to friends
Great place, fair prices I shopped and shopped for the exact wedding ring I wanted. I found it here at Oletowne Jewelers. Everyone has always been nice and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our wedding plans. I have been back a few times to get my rings cleaned, in my gym clothes, and again everyone has always been nice, even when I'm in my sweats :)
great wedding jewelry Oletowne Jewelers is a fantastic jewelry shop. They have a huge variety of rings for women and men, including wedding sets and wedding bands. If you are looking for wedding jewelry, I highly recommend Oletowne Jewelers. They just have the best selection around. They also have many pieces featuring colorful gems and they also sell fashion jewelry that looks like real, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants. The staff is helpful and the parking is excellent.
Nice store, however... Looking to purchase more Troll beads and a necklace to match my wife's bracelet I entered this store and was looked down upon because I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. I ordered what I wanted because it was not in stock. Upon thinking about the way I was treated I called the following day and cancelled my order. I will not shop there!
