I want to post an honest review of the Maintenance Department here at Olentangy Village. Because my husband and I have lived here for 8 years, we have had a number of things that needed attention. We have found the Maintenance Department to be very responsive any time there is a problem. A technician typically will arrive within a very short time. I want to share my experience regarding my move-out charges at Olentangy Village. At move-out, my entire security deposit was applied, and I was also charged a $500 sublease fee. While I accept responsibility for part of the kitchen cabinet bottom repair, I strongly disagree with additional charges that I believe reflect normal wear from ordinary residential use. My daughter leases an apartment with Olentangy and the leasing coordinate, Ha'Nyah Humbles needs to be recognized for her competence, efficiency, professionalism and customer orientation. She is always very helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Sadly, this is unusual for people in this role as they are often dealing with issues and problems that people are upset about. I don't normally comment on these things, but she deserves the recognition.
I have had a two year lease and I love this place! It’s very affordable and safe.
I am a longtime resident in the Olentangy Village Apartments. I am particularly impressed with their efficient snow clearing during this intense storm and freezing temperatures. I am grateful for the Maintenance Team’s attention to our safety and access.
