After moving in during May, the experience was easy and straightforward. I love being so close to the olentangy trail and appreciate the hard work that goes into keeping the property beautiful. The leasing staff has also been kind and wonderful to work with throughout the whole process, especially Ha’Nyah
I moved to OV this May, and it has been a wonderful living experience! My apartment is the perfect size for myself and my roommate, with large communal spaces ( living room, bathroom, kitchen). I especially enjoy the close proximity to COTA bus stops, which I use everyday to commute to OSU. The community is a mix of students, young professionals, families, and retirees which adds to the charming environment. Would highly recommend to anyone!
A Comprehensive Two Year Review Pros: -Environment: character, quirk, and charm--from parquet flooring to bay windows, thick walls, the woods/river on your doorstep it’s a really lovely and peaceful environment to live in. -Community: kind neighbors, free community garden, nice little pool/cook out space, discount at Mama Mimi’s, fun events for residents (movie nights, etc.) -Access: walkable to both the heart of Clintonville (farmer’s market, etc.) and North Campus. I have rented with OV twice now and I have been very happy with the complex! The ladies in the office are all great but Susan is definitely a fan favorite. :) Maintence has always been completed quickly. Rent has always remained quite reasonable. Only good things to say about Olentangy Village!
