The repeated constant water shut offs in your Weston Place Apartments is utterly ridiculous. For the exorbitant rent tenants pay, there should be much better maintenance of the plumbing.

A company that tells applicants apartments are reserved once the administration fee has been paid. What they don’t tell you is that they knowingly allow several people to pay the reservation/administration fee for the same exact apartment!! Collecting application and administration fees for apartments, YOU KNOW aren’t even available to rent, is not only unethical, but it is an illegal practice!! This is just one immoral way Quantum Lake Villas collects extra money!!!
