I was blown away with how wonderful this place was the staff is incredibly friendly and they really make you feel comfortable Dr. Scheiner is amazing I had a mark removed off my face and I'm so happy, I was nervous I'd have a deep scar but no! I had been going there for over 4 years. Had an appointment scheduled for yesterday with Dr Mark Scheiner , left my workplace to be able to get in and they refused to see me because I didn't have my flex card for my 25$ COPAY!!!I have very good medical insurance and have paid them well over the years. I am an office manager for a dentist in Newark De and I was appalled by their behavior. Our policy is to treat the patient , not the pocketbook!!!I've never been treated more rudely . I had a DEEP tissue massage with Dustyn...he was very knowledgeable ..this is new experience for me! Feeling the effects even the next days after...he found pressure and tightness I didn't realize I had..would definitely recommend if intense is what you are looking for :-)
