Very unfriendly staff member keeps on ringing my cell number despite me informing her several times over the course of one year that I am not their patient and the number they have on file is incorrect. She hanged up abruptly stating that "unfortunately, we have to rely on the information our patients give us". As if that would give her the right to keep calling me about a "Mr and Mrs Brag" or whatever the name is she has on file. Clearly she doesn't know much about politeness or law.
