John Francis O'leary, PHD wasn't present during my test. His tester person was a white female from downriver that did the testing. I was sent here for a workmans comp evaluation and the evaluation found in favor of the workmans comp insurance company Segwick. That I was fit and able to return to driving 300+ miles per day. What wasn't mentioned is that I suffered a photophobia nerve attack about an hour into the test and that we had to take an almost 30-minute break before I recovered. Said i wasnt trying in my report. Okay, Mr. Leary. You showed up 4 hours late, how would you know? Also do not lie saying i drove myself. You are just lying. No doctor would lie, but i guess thats why i was sent to you.

Here let me help with anyone who goes here. I give no rating at all due to the fact that I sustained a closed head brain injury and when I had to see this person twice he was unprofessional both times. I don’t care who is paying you sir you have a obligation to help out a person, to do better for a person and not just act like they are lying and making it up. I am very disappointed with the experience that I had with this provider. My original appointment was back in early October and I was told that the findings should be done in about 10 days. After about 2 montsm I reached out to my PCP since he has an office at her location. I also spoke with one of the front office staff members who told me she would make an effort to reach out to him when she saw him next time.
