The construction team hired by our community accidentally damaged my front lawn during a project, but they handled it very professionally. They communicated clearly, took responsibility, especially their VP. They reimbursed me for the repair costs without any issues. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds says a lot — and they did the right thing. I appreciate their honesty and good customer service.
Be very careful with their contract agreements. It is unilateral. They do cut corners and not mill as they promise. They only mill the edges. Lots of cracks and joint issues
O'Leary Asphalt was the chosen contractor by the neighborhood management company, Tidewater Property Management, Inc. O'Leary Asphalt was hired to repaint the lines in the parking lot. However, there was NO communication from Tidewater to the residents that this would be happening. As a result, cars were left in the parking lot. O'Leary Asphalt, Inc. did an exceptional job in providing services within the Woods End community. Services performed were the painting of curbs, fire lanes, and parking spaces/lots. Thanks to work crew for a job well done!
