They have the rudest Foreman Walt who doesn't want to accept that the crew skipped the tacking coat (barely any) I have all the pictures. Instead he was threatening and being rude.
The construction team hired by our community accidentally damaged my front lawn during a project, but they handled it very professionally. They communicated clearly, took responsibility, especially their VP. They reimbursed me for the repair costs without any issues. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds says a lot — and they did the right thing. I appreciate their honesty and good customer service.
Be very careful with their contract agreements. It is unilateral. They do cut corners and not mill as they promise. They only mill the edges. Lots of cracks and joint issues
O'Leary Asphalt was the chosen contractor by the neighborhood management company, Tidewater Property Management, Inc. O'Leary Asphalt was hired to repaint the lines in the parking lot. However, there was NO communication from Tidewater to the residents that this would be happening. As a result, cars were left in the parking lot.
