O'Leary Asphalt was the chosen contractor by the neighborhood management company, Tidewater Property Management, Inc. O'Leary Asphalt was hired to repaint the lines in the parking lot. However, there was NO communication from Tidewater to the residents that this would be happening. As a result, cars were left in the parking lot. Day 1: Cars were towed without owner knowledge or consent. A resident has (on video!) evidence that an O'Leary's employee tried opening their front door. O'Leary Asphalt, Inc. did an exceptional job in providing services within the Woods End community. Services performed were the painting of curbs, fire lanes, and parking spaces/lots. Thanks to work crew for a job well done!
Don't hire these guys to do concrete work. They are trash
O'Leary Asphalt removed and poured a new sidewalk for us. It was a most pleasant experience for I found my contact, Will Young, helped walk me through the process, was very timely, and has great people skills. He was very good with care instructions after the sidewalk was completed. The crew was OUTSTANDING! They were the most pleasant, talented, and efficient crew that anyone in the business would be happy to have working for them. O'Leary did not complete patio project as contracted and also left a mess for me to clean up. I have to clean up hardened cement spray all over my siding, window and sliding door screens and glass. Very disappointed and difficult to recommend them to anyone after this experience.
