There is a particular office in this group that not only does not care about the well being of their patients but they go out of their way to make it much worse for the patient. If you go there be prepared for indiffence, rudeness, lack of communication, and just plain inefficient. If you speak up - as is your right as a patient - forget it! I was told to go find another provider OUTSIDE OF THE GROUP. This was right in the middle of an issue I had going on that I really needed help with. Very poor experience for patient.
