Completely incompetent. Save the time and go elsewhere. Just ask your doctor to have your labs done anywhere EXCEPT Olean Hospital. No one at registration, just a sign saying to sign in. Wait for 30 minutes then be told the lab is closing (in another 25 minutes) so not taking any more patients. (Nurses are good, but rest of staff is useless).
Worst hospital ever!!! Horrible, incompetent doctors and nurses with no bedside manner. Don't ever go!
