Very bad experience. I had a serious dog bite which took off top part of my finger. ER nurse hands me a clipboard to fill out my information. I told her I could not write for obvious reasons, my finger was hanging by a thread. Blood going everywhere, no wrapping, no nothing. She was just awful. She said she was the night charge nurse. I was seen in the local ER for chest pain. Every single person I dealt with were prompt, extremely caring and courteous, highly proficient, and educated me well when I was set to leave. I am a combat veteran, and was very uneasy to even go to the ER, and they were extremely patient with me and understanding and helped me feel comfortable as they did what they had to to meet my needs. I would have absolutely no problem in going there in the future if the need arose. Specifically, the ER department was outstanding.

Today, I had surgery at the Mildred Milliman Outpatient Surgery Center! I CANNOT say a single bad thing about the experience at all. From the time I arrived, I was well taken care of by every single person I encountered. My nurse, April, was with me from start to finish. She went above and beyond to care for me, make sure I was comfortable and had all questions/needs met before walking out the door. By far the slowest hospital at discharging patients we have ever been to. If you value your time consider other hospitals.

Every single experience I have had with this hospital has been a joke. I went in the ER with stomach pain... they did blood test and said my white blood cell count was very high and could be from infection... but the dr didn’t seem to care AT ALL because he was in such a hurry to get me out and told me it was probably high from my body being so worked up from puking. 🙄🙄🙄 Sent me home with Tylenol. Went to see my Dr the next day, they did blood test turned out I have colitis! OGH sucks.

Just had my son there 13 days ago, the ob/maternity floor never ceases to amaze me. Very helpful and very friendly people. The staff are wonderful and Dr.Haas is great was in and out of the operation within half hour. I’d say all in all they did very well following covid rules and regulations. Here a picture of my two babies I had with Olean General 😭😍 (son on the left daughter on the right)

my mother was abused in this sorry excuse for a hospital. filing charges and filing complaint with joint commission as well as MCR. she may not live as a result of her recent stay. highly drugged, abused physically, neglected and left for dead. not the first time for abuse neglect & drugging. since no family was allowed in due to virus we were unable to intervene this time and she may not make it. not even god could help this hospital if we lose her
