I lived at Ole Town from 4/2023 to 5/2025 and I absolutely loved my time here. Big, spacious apartments, friendly front staff, EXTREMELY prompt maintenance service, very well kept grounds. It’s quiet and safe and a great location. If I ever need to move back into an apartment, I will be coming back here or looking into other Patrician management properties. 5/5 stars!
Ms. Kati Bullotte has been absolutely wonderful. She is doing great things for the Patrician Management team and it's residence. She is very responsive and her communication is superb. She is always so helpful and she is very quick to resolve any issues or concerns that we might have. We are very grateful for all her hard work.
The Ole Towne leasing office has been nothing but kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire application process. Especially Ms. Tyiesha. She toured us around the complex and it was beautiful. They literally had gardens and fruit trees like what! My girlfriend and I are moving from Hammond to Baton Rouge and while the process of trying to find apartments in Baton Rouge is extremely hard, this complex made it easy. Very straightforward and I can confidently say I will feel safe and well looked after if we are accepted!
Didn't even get to view the apartment.. . The staff is rude. Got hung up on twice.. No front office.. . 10/10 don't recommend.. . Don't lease here
Lived at ole Towne since April 2021 and moved out February 2024! The property is so peaceful and clean! Big spacious living room and bedrooms. Neighbors are great. The people in the leasing office are amazing people and so kind! If I move again I’ll definitely go back to Ole Towne.
