The young blonde front desk clerk needs to be replaced. I owed them $15 and didn’t know because I only go there every 3 months and hadn’t received a bill, she acted like I owed $1000. Completely tried to humiliate me in front of everyone! Totally unprofessional and unrepresentative of Ole Town Med. I literally thought I was going to have to fight with her. Check in was easy and fast. Receptionist, nurses and doctor were friendly and helpful. They took care of my illness and got me feeling better.
I had a really great experience here. They showed me how much everything would cost before I agreed. They also took their time and listened something that is hard to find these days. They took my concerns seriously and ran test to help ease my mind and to rule things out. The wait time was very quick.
