The young blonde front desk clerk needs to be replaced. I owed them $15 and didn’t know because I only go there every 3 months and hadn’t received a bill, she acted like I owed $1000. Completely tried to humiliate me in front of everyone! Totally unprofessional and unrepresentative of Ole Town Med. I literally thought I was going to have to fight with her. I love the doctors and nurses. They are always so supportive and caring.
Well I went one time and it was my last time and I will never go back there. I will travel to my primary doctor back in Birmingham Alabama before I go back. Hardly anyone waiting and it took me 45 minutes to get called back then 2 hours later still hadn’t seen the doctor but hey they took my money up front but I got a refund and ended up leaving. Horrible experience and I will not recommend that place to anyone
Got my girlfriend through very quickly, very polite!
Very friendly service, would recommend visiting for good care.
