Avoid like the plague.
It runs very slowly.
Simply put.... THE ABSOLUTE WORST SYSTEM IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. go to the delivery address, check in, back to door, then told to go to different location. Check with guard, told to back into a spot, while backing told to park into next spot, wait for hours after check in( at appointment time) b4 being addressed! Again, WORST SYSTEM EVER!!!
- Appt time 11:30 am - Arrival time 11:05 Dock time 1:15 pm Leaving parking lot 2:35 pm - Parking, trailer inspection and check- in process completed in about 25 minutes. - 4 stars for kindness and having personnel direct traffic. The address provided to me was for building 6585. After checking the reviews, I understood that I should pull into their establishment located at 6485. Not a single good word about this place. Insanely busy, I actually got turned back from gate and told to come back 30min later because it was too crowded in there. Long check in process, trailer inspection then go back to guard for check in. Long wait for door. Slow loading.
