Management needs to revise the whole process with transportation. Checked in at 8am for 3pm appt. Had to leave and come back at 2. Arrived at 2, we not accepting trucks picking up at this time so come back at 3. Come back at 3, ooh no docks available we’ll call when one is. Now a hr after appt and still no dock. I hope they at least load in a timely manner.

If I can give negative Stars I would, checked in at 1:00 p.m. it's now 6:00 p.m. and still waiting in the dock need to drive 650 mi to get to Pennsylvania RFS appointment at 9:00 a.m how's that even possible
