The staff at Ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi in Oak Ridge were polite, but my overall experience was disappointing. I was immediately asked for my Social Security number and to authorize a credit check before even viewing any vehicles. While they had an idea of the car I wanted, I was never shown any options in person. Communication was poor, and I waited nearly two hours with little information.
