I have been a patient of Pine Avenue Smiles for several years, and I love this practice! From the front desk to Cathy the dental hygienist, it is A+ service, attention to you the patient, and quality work and care by Dr. Pan.
My husband and I, had an excellent experience .The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel at ease from the moment we walked into their clean, nice office. Dr. R. Pan explained our treatment options clearly. The scheduling process was seamless, and they even followed up after our visit .
This office is a godsend. I had an emergency and Dr. Pan was able to accommodate me in his busy schedule. He was able to diagnose the issue, explained everything in detail on what procedures he would need to perform and explained the risks involved. Dr. Pan and his team make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I highly recommend this dentist office and they have a new client in me.
The dentist and staff are thorough, friendly, and make you feel comfortable from start to finish.
