Tim was hired to complete a VA Pest inspection. Did not even bother to inspect the basement or the kitchen and completely ignored a mouse infestation. I hired my own exterminator and they found signs of mice everywhere! Whether it was laziness or incompetence, they really did our family wrong. Called me back and basically told me that it is my problem now. Maybe the Dad was halfway competent but the son has really done our family dirty. Hire an actual professional and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!
