The people were extremely nice. I bought my daughter a 2011 Nissan Juke. Had it 3 weeks and the transmission was shot. Tried calling several times never got to speak to Tyler. I bought the Diamond Warranty package. Thank goodness. My daughters,car has been at the Nissan car dealership for a month. The dealership had to contact Diamond Warranty and they had,to send a claim adjuster to the dealership. This took about a week. Then finally got the transmission about a week later.
