Reached out to Tyler reiley, took him about a month to get back to me an finally show me the space… and then another 2 weeks before I got a contract… when I got the contract it was ok prices but wasn’t worth all the time I spent chasing this guy down… plus the space was terrible shape. Just really disappointing how long it took him to get back with me.. I was literally the one chasing him down.. an then he explained to me that he lived just a few miles from the location and works from home so he could have met me much sooner... read more

Oldham Goodwin has monopolized internet options by restricting tenants to a single provider. This policy prevents residents from accessing alternative hardwired providers like Tachus or Frontier, which are available in the surrounding area. I rented a workplace from Oldham Goodwin. None of the devices they gave me in the workplace when I rented them work. Even the plumbing and toilets were broken. Finally, the air conditioners installed while the building was being constructed have expired and no longer work. First they said they would have the air conditioners installed. Now they are trying to make me pay for these. They're driving me into bankruptcy. I wish I had stayed away from them. I'm very regretful.

I live at the Pont Alba Apartments in Bellaire, TX. Oldham Goodwin "manages" this property. They have allowed us to go without a proper working AC for over a month! The apartment is unbearable. My newborn son has to live here. We have been told for weeks that they are waiting on an electrical company, and no one will help. Portable AC units are all that have been offered which do the bare minimum with 100+ degree temperatures outside. It is extremely hot in the apartment. I would give zero stars if possible.
