Extremely thorough and precise. Was very helpful with all questions that we had. I would highly recommend this service to everyone!
We hired Mark at the recommendation of our realtor. He missed a deck that was rotten. I wish I would have paid more attention to the property when I was walking it. I had a contractor with me at the same time and we were looking at outdoor projects. When I spoke to him he called himself a deal killer. Not sure I would be proud of that. He missed a lot of stuff. Oh well. Waste of $425 and time. I just paid to have my new deck put on.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable about everything! It is obvious that he loves his work, and he love to inform the client as he goes along his inspection. He is also extremely honest. Something that seems rare these days. 5/5!!!
Very good inspector!! Walked me through all the issues he saw and told me what was important and what was not a big deal. Saved me 7K on future roof costs before closing.
