Olde's has amazing customer service. Very honest and always reasonable.
My Touareg developed a major oil leak. I had no tools or equipment to investigate so I took the car to Olde’s. They identified the cause quickly. The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. I had an engine malfunction warning after a battery issue, and Mazda wanted to charge me for an unnecessary full diagnostic. Olde's checked my car out, found there was no issue, and removed the warning very quickly. Five-star service!
