This is the 3rd vehicle we had repairs on. They were honest, informed and willing to be informative. Gabe, on the phone (both times) was awesome.
to start with this is not my normal experience and they did refund all costs In October, I took my 1978 Chevy C10 Cheyenne truck to Olderog for repairs (fuel pump and fuel line). After weeks of constant calls to check on the status, I received nothing but excuses. I was told there were too many wires and they didn’t know where to start, they only had two employees, and repeatedly promised my truck would be moved from the parking lot and worked on the next day.
