My car was failing emissions testing for over a year. I brought my car here as I heard of this place through a friend. They fixed my car in less than 48 hours and I went and passed my emissions test. Vince and Zac were wonderful and very friendly. They were very communicative and listened to all of my concerns. They did not over charge me or do anything unnecessary. Me and my family have been taking our cars to Vince and his team for years now and they are the BEST OF THE BEST!! They have consistently provided reliable, honest, and thorough service, all done with genuine kindness and care. They actually recently just saved me from wasting $1000 on a repair that a different out-of-state dealership said I would "need" for my car. I’m sure that the most important thing that consumers value in an auto repair shop is trust. After all, even if you know a lot about about automotive repair you wouldn’t necessarily be sure about the services performed. Be assured, these folks are aren’t vendors, they’re friends. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, effective, and glad to earn your business.
I cant say enough good about Vince, Zach and the team. I've done a lot of my own work for years, but as a business owner I don't have the time anymore. It's an absolute dream to know that they take care of my Jeep the same way that I would, never pushy with deadlines, always great communication on diagnosis. Amazingly fair pricing on tires, parts and labor. 100% will continue to use and recommend.
Vince, Zack, and the whole crew always show the utmost in courtesy, fairness, and they are prompt! They are all very knowledgeable in their craft and are true professionals! I highly recommend this shop and these friends.
