No Service After Install I received nothing but stonewalling and rude, obnoxious comments by Mr. Frank Allen, owner of Olde Towne Heating and Air after I needed him to fix a problem after a faulty installation. He refused to assist me in getting my problem resolved because I did not pay him to "service". So, your warranty is VOID if you don't pay additionally--even if there was an initial problem with the installation. Words of advice: Get his insurance information UP FRONT.
