The staff are kind, empathetic and compassionate. I will continue to rent from here as I have been for the past 2 years :)
Complete scumbags. I was going through a job change and was going to be one week late on rent, and Jessica Noonan demanded I call my parents (I'm 30 years old) and have them send me my rent. So degrading and unprofessional. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
"Good luck finding a place as low as what we offer. If you don't see how much we have already given you then you might as well start looking for a new place because I know plenty of people that want your apartment" word for word my phone call with Jessica and how we should feel lucky we have a place as nice as this. Jessica Noonan and her team are awesome property managers with a brilliant knowledge of property management in real estate. I have personally done business with her over the years and have been treated amazingly well, and I have total confidence in their abilities and I totally recommend her if you’re selling a house, buying a house, renting a property, and even information on how the market is going. so give her a call and chat with her and you’ll see what I mean.
