OTE is great. We’ve used them multiple times and have always found them to be responsive and professional. Jackie and Jennifer are very easy to work with to schedule the work. Chris and Ben are courteous and very knowledgeable. We just had them here to look at a bathroom exhaust/heater fan that we thought needed replacement. Ben took it apart and checked it out and it is now working like new.
We booked Old Towne Electric with a full day's worth of work. Chris and Dylan put in 5 ceiling fans, 6 outdoor lights, outlets, potlights, attic lights and more. They were efficient and professional in all ways and suffered through the heat to do it. From scheduling with the office to their arrival on time, workmanship, and communication during the install made for a good experience. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Once again Olde Towne provided us with professional and courteous service. Today Aaron and Jeff completed a challenging outside ceiling fan installation. Aaron engineered a mount for the fans that maintained our porch ceiling’s integrity and provided a strong/secure base. Tonight we have two smooth running fans. We’ll continue to use them for our electrical needs.

Did a great job installing a microwave and fixing some electrical issues. The price was reasonable, they were punctual and we didn't have to clean up after the job. I'd highly recommend them, as long as it doesn't interfere with me getting them in the future!
I've used Olde Towne Electric for minor electrical problems for years, but recently we decided to remodel our house and the electrical part ended up being more complicated than we anticipated. Chris has patiently guided us through the process to make sure everything is up to code and they have provided the same exceptional service on this large job as they did on the small ones from the past. The folks at Olde Towne know what they're doing and are prompt, honest, fair and I wouldn't use anyone else.
